These Terms of Use apply when you access https://landexdxb.com or use the LandedDXB platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

LandedDXB provides general relocation planning tools and informational guidance. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued as the platform develops.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms.

LandedDXB is not a law firm, immigration advisor, tax advisor, financial advisor, real estate advisor, or government agency. The platform does not provide legal, immigration, tax, financial, investment, or other regulated professional advice.

No content or feature guarantees a visa, residency status, home, tenancy, bank account, financing, business setup, provider engagement, or relocation outcome. Requirements and decisions depend on your circumstances and the relevant authorities or service providers.

AI assistant output is informational and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. It may misunderstand your circumstances or omit important requirements.

Do not rely on AI output as the sole basis for an important decision. Verify current requirements with official UAE government sources or an appropriately qualified professional.

Provider listings, categories, links, and other third-party information are provided for general information and discovery only. They are not a recommendation, guarantee, accreditation, or endorsement by LandedDXB.

Third parties operate independently and control their own services, availability, pricing, terms, privacy practices, and performance. Any engagement or transaction with a third party is between you and that third party.

Submitting pricing interest, joining a waitlist, or selecting a planned product does not create a purchase, reservation, contract for paid services, or guarantee of availability. No charge is created unless a separate checkout clearly presents the final price, scope, and applicable terms and you complete that purchase.

Future paid products, features, prices, and launch dates may change or may not become available.

You agree not to misuse LandedDXB.

• Do not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading activity.
• Do not attempt to access another user’s account, bypass security, probe vulnerabilities, or disrupt the platform.
• Do not submit malicious code, overload the service, scrape it at unreasonable scale, or use automated access without permission.
• Do not use the assistant to generate unlawful or harmful content or to impersonate another person.
• Do not copy, resell, or commercially exploit platform content or features except where we expressly permit it.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but LandedDXB is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every feature will meet your needs.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LandedDXB is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on informational content, AI output, third-party services, changes in official requirements, or decisions made by authorities or providers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using LandedDXB at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform or users, respond to legal requirements, address non-payment for a future paid service, or enforce these terms.

We may update these terms as LandedDXB develops. The revised terms will be posted at https://landexdxb.com/terms with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
