We collect information you provide directly and limited technical information generated when you use LandedDXB.

• Account information, such as your name, email address, and authentication details.
• Onboarding and relocation profile information, such as household details, timing, budget, work situation, priorities, and planning preferences.
• Move plan progress and other actions taken within your relocation workspace.
• Messages you send to the AI assistant and the assistant responses associated with those conversations.
• Pricing interest submissions, waitlist details, and other product-interest information you choose to provide.
• Provider link clicks and similar interaction data used to understand which provider categories are useful.
• Basic analytics and server logs, which may include device, browser, IP address, page-view, timestamp, and error information.

We use information to operate the platform, create and maintain accounts, personalize relocation move plans, provide assistant responses, save progress, respond to support requests, understand product interest, improve reliability, prevent misuse, and develop LandedDXB.

Provider click data may be used in aggregated or account-level form to understand engagement and improve provider discovery. Provider listings and links are informational only and do not constitute an endorsement.

LandedDXB uses Supabase as a backend and authentication provider. Information needed to operate accounts, profiles, move plans, submissions, and related platform features may be processed and stored through Supabase.

When you use the AI assistant, relevant messages are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Do not include highly sensitive personal, financial, legal, medical, identity-document, or confidential information in assistant messages.

We may also use hosting, security, analytics, and operational service providers where reasonably necessary to run the website and platform. Those providers process information on our behalf subject to their services and applicable terms.

We do not state that personal information is sold. We may share information with service providers that help us operate LandedDXB, when required by law, to protect users or the platform, or as part of a business transfer.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention periods may vary by the type of information and the reason it is held.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting orvanthis@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where required for security, legal, or legitimate operational reasons.

You can choose not to provide optional profile information, although some platform features may be less useful or unavailable as a result.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee complete security.

LandedDXB and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those locations may have different data protection laws.

LandedDXB is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children.
